Systematic Reviews Overview Online

This workshop will be offered as an online session via Zoom. You must register for this workshop. You will receive a registration confirmation email, which includes the Zoom link for the workshop. On the day of the workshop, participants should log into their temple.zoom.us accounts in order to skip the waiting room. If participants are not Temple affiliates, they should use their first and last names in order to be admitted to the session. Participants do not need a video camera or a microphone, but will need an audio connection to hear the instructor.

Systematic reviews are studies that provide some of the highest levels of evidence, and include critical appraisal of research evidence. This workshop provides an introduction to this review type and the reasons for conducting one. We’ll uncover some of the essentials you’ll need to know before you even consider starting one. Learn the current policies and regulations and how they apply to you. We’ll also talk about ways the library can assist with your future systematic review. This is a great workshop for anyone who is new to systematic reviews, is assisting with them, or just needs a refresher!
