Book a Study Room
Welcome to the Ginsburg Health Sciences Library study room reservation system.
This system allows Temple affiliates to reserve study rooms on the lower level, first, and second floors of the Library. Please make your reservation online or from a device with a QR Code reader. An ACCESSNET ACCOUNT is required to make a study room reservation.
Room bookings are limited to one 3-hour reservation per patron, per day. You may reserve a room up to 72 hours in advance. If you fail to show up for your reserved room it becomes available to others 15 minutes past the start of your timeslot.
All study rooms are unlocked. No keys will be provided. Larger rooms require 4 or more people for use.
The following equipment is available for checkout from the Circulation Desk:
- HDMI Cables and Adapters
- Remotes
- Dry Erase Markers
- Surge Protectors
- Portable Power Stations (Power Banks)
- Chargers
You may use a room without a reservation. However, if a room is reserved, you must relinquish the room. If you have a reservation and someone is in the room already, please show the occupant your Room Reservation confirmation email.
Lunch/Dinner Food Items are NOT PERMITTED in Library Study Rooms.
Occupancy in each group study room is limited to the number of chairs already in the room. Please do not move/remove furniture from the rooms.
Rooms must be left clean and ready for the next patrons, including cleaning the whiteboards and picking up trash.
The Library is not responsible for personal property left in rooms. If you have a room reserved and someone has left their belongings unattended, please leave them there, and the person will return.
